Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Northeastern University are suing the Trump administration over an order depriving foreign students of permission to remain in the US if their courses are taught only online.

Harvard and MIT filed the lawsuit Wednesday morning against the Department of Homeland Security and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
