Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte summoned 102 allegedly corrupt policemen to his palace, lined them up, and threatened to kill them in front of the media.
The president on Tuesday summoned the cops, who were accused of various crimes, to the presidential palace — or the Malacañang — and unloaded on them on the driveway, Philippines-based news site Rappler reported.
