Nikolas Cruz, the 19-year-old accused of killing 17 people at a school in Parkland, Florida, broke down during an interrogation by police which was filmed and released to the public.
In footage released on Wednesday, Cruz, shackled to the floor by his ankle, claims that a demonic voice urged him to kill.
