Justin Bieber and on-again girlfriend Hailey Baldwin hold hands while leaving the sushi restaurant Nobu after a dinner date on Thursday (July 5) in the Soho neighborhood of New York City.
The 24-year-old singer waved to some adoring fans as he and Hailey, 21, hopped into an awaiting car.
