Cate Blanchett and Laura Dern walk the red carpet at the American Film Institute’s 2018 Life Achievement Award Gala Tribute on Thursday (June 7) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
The ladies were at the event to support their friend George Clooney, who received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Cate and George worked together in 2006′s The Good German and 2014′s The Monuments Men while Laura worked with the actor way back in 1983 in the horror musical Grizzly II: The Concert.
Laura was joined on the red carpet by Edward Zwick, the director of her upcoming movie Trial By Fire.
FYI: Cate is wearing a Yacine Aouadi dress.
