A federal appeals court panel ruled in a motion Wednesday to allow investigators to resume their review of classified materials seized from former President Donald Trump's home in Mar-a-Lago.
The motion comes after the Justice Department filed a motion in the 11th Circuit Appeals Court for a partial stay of a district judge's ruling that has paused its investigation into the materials seized from Trump's South Florida home.
