The Wildcats are back for a third season of "High School Musical: The Musical: The Series," and this time they're heading westward for a camping trip in sunny California. The show's third season premiered on July 27, and new episodes are airing weekly on Disney Plus.
"High School Musical: The Musical: The Series" puts a mockumentary spin on the classic Disney Channel franchise. The show takes place where it all started over a decade ago: East High School in Salt Lake City, Utah. This time, a whole new cast of students are attending a fictional version of the school. The series follows the students as they put on a stage musical version of "High School Musical" to pay homage to the original movie.
