- The "Daily Show" host and comedian Trevor Noah devised a viral conspiracy theory that President Donald Trump is targeting first lady Melania Trump with his immigration policies.
- "Now you might be asking, why would he want to deport his wife? I don't know, but things haven't exactly been perfect between them," Noah said.
- Noah laid into the first lady for sponsoring her parents for US citizenship, for what he said was a "shady visa history," and for her use of taxpayer-funded housing.
- "If this great immigrant is forced to leave this country, then the United States can never truly be best," Noah said, poking fun at the first lady's anti-bullying campaign.

"Now you might be asking, why would he want to deport his wife? I don't know, but things haven't exactly been perfect between them," Noah said. "First of all, it's no secret that Melania barely spends any time at the White House. Secondly, when he tried to hold her hand in public, she tried to slap it away like a Slovenian Dikembe Mutombo."
