According to reports, the couple is expecting a boy to add to their three children: North, Saint, and Chicago, who was also born via surrogate on January 15, 2018.
Although she's previously talked about how hard it was at first to have a surrogate, Kardashian-West has a common, dangerous condition that makes surrogacy the safest option for her and the baby.
